We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles and work closely with our CEO. This role will focus on sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the hiring process end-to-end, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Source, screen, and engage with high-quality candidates across multiple roles, ensuring alignment with Social Native’s hiring needs.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate outreach to interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Manage job postings across platforms, ensuring visibility and attracting the right talent.
  • Collaboration & Process Optimization
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and streamline hiring strategies.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and optimize recruiting tools, ATS, and hiring workflows to improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work in-person at our West Hollywood office.
