Creator Marketing Manager: Fully Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated Creator Marketing Manager to join our team.

As an Creator Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued creators, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work with these creators to drive campaign execution and to deliver top quality results to our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and own campaign execution for assigned brand and agency clients
  • Understand available content workflows and the required manual processes for unsupported campaigns to properly QA campaigns before launch
  • Using the company’s proprietary platform, learn to surface creator demos, flight for delivery, coordinate shipping, review content, and monitor performance for optimization and on-time delivery. 
  • Direct oversight and communication with creators to approve content, provide guidance, provide client requests, and provide solutions to any problems with campaigns. 
  • Monitor the performance of each campaign assigned to them and track the progress throughout the determined timeline. 
  • Provide status updates to the Customer Success Manager and team
  • Maintain Operation Team Campaign Tracker for the team to monitor progression of each campaign.
  • Keep up with pacing each campaign. This includes, but not limited to, tracking, timelines, progression status, resolving any issues that hinder the execution of the campaign. 
  • Monitor ZenDesk tickets to assure all creator, CSM, and client questions are answered and resolved in a timely manner. 
  • Source, identify, onboard, and oversee creators for Social Native and clients. 
  • Maintain all communication with creators, including but not limited to, negotiations on content, campaign guidelines and relationships between the client and creator. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on brand feedback, campaign performance, innovative solutions for advancing the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Hope of client calls to better understand their needs and facilitate a great experience.
